From the Boardroom to the Boardwalk

Last week, as Lindsey pointed out in her Want it Wednesday post, I got to escape the looming Nor'easter (such a dud) and fly down south to Miami for business. Am I the only one who can't think of Miami without having Will Smith's song start playing in my head (bienvenido a Miami)?! Anyway...while I wish I could have packed everything on Lindsey's list, I had a full schedule and only 36 hours to enjoy the sunny city, with most of those hours devoted to work. But I still had a few hours off the clock and was prepared to take full advantage of that!

These are the accessories that I packed, which helped me to transition my outfits from the boardroom to the boardwalk!

Wedge heels are an absolute must when you'll be on your feet throughout the day in the office. I snagged this pair of BCBG Generation wedges at TJ Maxx, and highly recommend them for the office. The flats are J. Crew (last season) and the sandals are a tried and true pair from Target...I love the color. Jewelry: Necklace is old (H&M), Oh Buoy Vineyard Bracelet, C.
