Still on baby watch over here, which seems like a great time to share some photos from my adorable Boston baby shower! It was absolutely perfect in every way, down to the rogue orange M&M. This baby is one lucky little man.

Lindsey's bridal shower went off without a hitch! The bride & groom's mothers and the bridesmaids worked together to throw a Pinterest-perfect shower, with nautical touches for our favorite Oh Buoy bride-to-be.

Cookie Swap Soiree Recap

Lindsey & Brett's annual Cookie Swap Soiree was this past Saturday and was a fun and festive event, as always (check out last year's here, and the year before here). Lindsey decorates her apartment impeccably each holiday season, and this year did not disappoint. The theme was Winter Whites, and she created a photobooth to document the evening. While the Oh Buoy team didn't bring home any prizes for the best cookie, Lisa's win for her Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls was well deserved...yum!

Starting the Holidays at West Elm #ohwhatfun

Last week we welcomed in the holiday season with West Elm at a Christmas stocking crafting event.  We had a great time chatting with the other ladies at our table and trying to create our masterpieces (we were told it would take 5 minutes or so. An hour later, we were all still going...). What do you think about our final products?!

Oh Buoy Abodes - Turkey Before Tinsel

We'll admit it, once November 1st hits we are ready for Christmas time. While the tree might not go up for another month, we are definitely ramping up the holiday spirit. However, our favorite eating holiday does tend to get overshadowed by the excitement. In our homes, we tend to forego the turkey decorations and skip straight from Halloween pumpkins to Christmas. These photos and prints give a little inspiration to slow down at this time of year and be thankful.
